Our staff includes MAI, General, and Residential Appraisers, as well as mass-appraisal and property assessment professionals.

Founded in 1983, our firm offers appraisal services throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, with a concentration in Kane Countys Fox River Valley area. We provide appraisal reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as for vacant lots, farmland, and special-purpose properties. We have extensive experience in appraisals for mortgage and investment, estate and gift tax purposes, litigation valuations, and property tax valuations.

Our firm also offers special services to meet a range of appraisal needs. These include valuation of partial or whole acquisitions by government agencies. We have frequently been retained by Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT); Illinois State Toll Highway Authority; Cook County Highway Department; Kane County Division of Transportation; and numerous municipalities in the Chicago metro area.

We continue to expand our services to assessment jurisdictions by providing a cost-effective solution/alternative to in-house reassessments. Many jurisdictions have found that outsourcing major projects to us (including mass-appraisal of Downtown Business Districts as well as other Commercial and Residential areas) is a convenient and fiscally responsible way to ensure uniform and accurate assessment outcomes. Current and past clients include township and county-level assessment offices in Will, DuPage, and Kane.
